Welcome to Mr. Roehrle's Survey of American Literature Web Page!

Everything you might need for Survey of American Literature should be avallable on this site.  Use the navigation buttons to help you explore the site when you are away from Room 209!

"Why study American Literature?"  This question comes out in the form of a whine, usually from the mouth of a junior who, crumpled in a heap over the top of the desk, looks dismally at the grade on the essay crumpled in his hand.

Well, this web page can't answer that - being in class can.  But when you are out of class, this might help you out.

This site will provide the resources you need to be successful in class. This home page will highlight the most important features of both the class and the web site. Think of the home page as a kind of portal, giving you the information you want at a glance, and offering lots of links to draw you in to the rest of the site.
